Deacons
Tom Breter
Tom has been attending Immanuel Baptist Church since 2000, and can be seen at church every Sunday with his wife Dee, and their daughter Angela. Tom has shared, “I am extremely excited about the future of Immanuel as we can see how God is moving in the church and causing people to be born again (1 Peter 1:3). There has been numerical growth, but more importantly, you see the maturing of both those who have just joined along with long-time saints. The Lord has chosen to be good to us only by His free grace and kindness. I am humbled to be a part of this church and eager for the days ahead!”
Bill Keyes
Bill and his wife Joanne first attended Immanuel Baptist Church at a fundraiser dinner in 1977. They became members in 1978 and have been attending ever since. Shortly after joining the church, Bill was asked to serve a three year term on the board. While serving on the board, he was encouraged to become a lay pastor. Bill received his license as a lay pastor in 1998 and continues to serve as a lay pastor and deacon.
